EU will not impose provisional antisubsidy measures on solar panel imports from China, but continues with investigation

The European Commission says it has decided not to impose provisional antisubsidy measures against imports of solar panels, cells, and wafers by the European Union from China, but that it will continue with its antisubsidy investigation and decide by year-end whether to impose definitive antisubsidy measures.
