Clariant expands ethoxylation plant in China

Clariant says that it will expand its ethoxylation plant in Daya Bay, near Huizhou, China. The 50,000-m.t./year Daya Bay plant, which was the first ethoxylation production site under the company’s industrial and consumer specialty (ICS) business unit, became operation in 2011. With the expansion, the production capacity of the plant will increase to 100,000 m.t./year.
