China to Establish Coal-to-Chemical Industry Committee

China plans to establish a professional committee for the coal-to-chemical industry by the end of this month, the official China Daily newspaper says. The establishment of the committee will help the Chinese government to regulate this growing industry. The committee will operate under the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIF; Beijing) and the leaders of the committee will be elected on June 29.
