China slaps antidumping duties on perchloroethylene from EU, US

The Ministry of Commerce (Mofcom; Beijing), on 30 May, announced its final ruling on the previously announced antidumping investigation into Chinese imports of perchloroethylene—also known as tetrachloroethylene—from the European Union and the United States. The final ruling confirms that perchloroethylene from the European Union and the United States has been dumped in the Chinese market and damaged the country's perchloroethylene industry.
