China investigation confirms EU, US dumped perchloroethylene

The Ministry of Commerce (Mofcom; Beijing), on 17 February, announced its preliminary ruling on the previously announced antidumping investigation into Chinese imports of perchloroethylene from the European Union and the United States, the Chinese government says. According to the ruling, perchloroethylene from the European Union and the United States has been dumped in the Chinese market and damaged the Chinese perchloroethylene industry.
