China investigation: EU polysilicon dumped

The Ministry of Commerce (Mofcom; Beijing), on 24 January, announced its preliminary ruling on the previously announced antidumping investigation into Chinese imports of solar-grade polysilicon from the European Union. According to the ruling, solar-grade polysilicon from the EU has been dumped in the Chinese market and has damaged the Chinese solar-grade polysilicon industry.
