China Probes Dumping of Chloroprene Rubber by Japanese Firm

China's ministry of commerce, Mofcom (Beijing), says it has received complaints that Japan Electric Chemical has increased dumping of chloroprene rubber and flouted China’s antidumping measures on chloroprene rubber imported from Japan.
