China Investigates Alleged Dumping of Chloroprene Rubber

China's commerce ministry, Mofcom (Beijing), says it has received complaints that Japan Electric Chemical has increased dumping of chloroprene rubber and flouted China’s antidumping measures on chloroprene rubber imported from Japan.  Mofcom last week started a review of its antidumping measures on chloroprene rubber imported from Japan Electric Chemical.
