Cathay Industries forms iron oxide pigments joint venture in China

Cathay Industries (Hong Kong), a global provider of color concept solutions, has joined forces with the Tonghua Group to build an iron oxide pigments plant at Tongling, China. The joint venture, Rely Science & Technology, will invest in a plant, which will produce yellow, red, and black iron oxide pigments.
