Regions :: China CABB to establish MCA joint venture in China11:07 AM MDT | March 22, 2013 | Deepti Ramesh Fine and specialty chemicals company CABB (Sulzbach, Germany), Jining Gold Power (Jining, China), and Jinwei Huasheng Chemical (Jining) have signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a joint venture company at Jining for the manufacture and marketing of monochloroacetic acid (MCA). Jining Gold Power, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shandong Lutai Coal, is a state-owned enterprise. Jining Gold Power operates 5 manufacturing plants—a 900,000-m.t./year coal separation plant; a 360,000-m.t./year caustic soda plant; a 370,000-m.t./year polyvinyl chloride...
