CABB to establish MCA joint venture in China

Fine and specialty chemicals company CABB (Sulzbach, Germany), Jining Gold Power (Jining, China), and Jinwei Huasheng Chemical (Jining) have signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a joint venture company at Jining for the manufacture and marketing of monochloroacetic acid (MCA). Jining Gold Power, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shandong Lutai Coal, is a state-owned enterprise.
