(BPCIL), a wholly owned subsidiary of BP, SK Global Chemical (Seoul) and Sinopec Sichuan Vinylon Works (SVW) said today that they have signed a memorandum of understanding to build an integrated acetic acid and 1,4 butanediol (BDO) complex at Chongqing, China at an estimated cost of Rmb7 billion.
