BASF to Move Global Headquarters of Dispersions and Pigments Business to Hong Kong

BASF says it plans to establish the global headquarters of its dispersions and pigments division in Hong Kong. The division head and about 50 global positions, currently located at Ludwigshafen, Germany and Basel, Switzerland will transition to Hong Kong starting January 1, 2012. Transfer of positions will be realized over a period of about 12 months, BASF says. The portfolio of the dispersions and pigments division includes pigments, resins, dispersions and additives such as photoinitiators, light stabilizers and formulation additives.
