BASF breaks ground on electrocoat plant at Shanghai

BASF broke ground today on a resin and electrocoat (e-coat) plant at the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park at Caojing, China, the company says. The plant is scheduled to commence operating in the second half of 2015.
