Albemarle to Start Up Flame Retardant Plant in China

Albemarle says it will start up a new flame retardant plant at Nanjing, China in the second quarter of 2008. The new plant will manufacture Albemarle’s NcendX P-30 brand, a bisphenol A diphosphate flame retardant used in electronic enclosure plastics.
