Regions :: China Air Products to Supply Gases to Photovoltaic Facility in China10:59 PM MDT | April 14, 2009 | Deepti Ramesh Air Products says it has signed a gas supply contract with Chint Solar (Wenzhou, China) to provide bulk and specialty gases to its new thin-film photovoltaic (PV) facility at Hangzhou, China. According to the contract, Air Products will supply hydrogen, nitrogen and argon, as well as specialty gases such as silane, nitrogen trifluoride, and dopant mixtures to the Chint Solar facility. “We look forward to applying our expertise in thin-film PV applications to help them quickly reach their goal of 210 mega watts in thin-film PV by 2010,” says Corning...
