PMC completes purchase of Arkema’s tin stabilizer business in China

PMC Group (Mount Laurel, NJ) says that it completed the purchase of Arkema Beijing Chemical on 1 January. The move completes the final portion of PMC’s previously announced acquisition of Arkema’s worldwide tin stabilizer, organometallic, and organophosphine specialty chemical business. The name of Arkema Beijing Chemical has been changed to PMC Beijing Chemicals. Arkema, in 2012, announced the sale of its global tin stabilizer business to PMC. The deal was finalized later that year, but the portion of the deal in China was expected to close later...
