BASF begins production of water treatment and paper chemicals at Nanjing

BASF says it has begun production of chemicals for water treatment and paper manufacturing at the Nanjing Chemical Industry Park at Nanjing, China. The previously announced wholly-owned production plants for quaternized cationic monomers and cationic polyacrylamide strengthen BASF’s position in supporting the water treatment and paper industries in Asia, the company says.
