Infineum to Build Manufacturing Complex in China

Petroleum additives manufacturer Infineum (Abingdon, U.K.) says it has signed a letter of intent with the Zhangjiagang Industrial Park in Jiangsu Province, China, to build a new manufacturing complex at the industrial park.
