Arkema completes Hipro and Casda acquisitions

Arkema says it has closed the previously announced $365-million acquisitions of biobased polyamide-10,10 producer Hipro Polymers (Zhangjiagang, China) and Casda Biomaterials (Hengshui, Hebei Province, China), a manufacturer of castor oil-derived sebacic acid.
