Zotefoams and Inoac form joint venture, plan manufacturing unit in Korea

Zotefoams (Croydon, UK) has entered into a joint venture agreement with Inoac (Tokyo) to manufacture and sell its Azote cross-linked polyolefin foam products in Asia and Australasia. Inoac has been a distributor of Zotefoams’ products in the region since 2007.   Zotefoams and Inoac earlier this month formed an equally owned sales jv, at Hong Kong, which is being managed by Zotefoams’ existing Asian polyolefin sales team.
