Regions :: Australia/New Zealand Yara Proceeds with Tan Investment in Australia11:01 AM MDT | March 25, 2011 | DEEPTI RAMESH Yara International says it has signed a letter of intent (LoI) with engineering and construction company Técnicas Reunidas (Madrid) to build a previously announced 330,000-m.t./year technical ammonium nitrate (TAN) plant at the Burrup Peninsula in Western Australia. The total cost of the project is estimated at about $700 million. TAN plant will be next to ammonia facility.
