Orica Names New CEO

Orica (Melbourne) says that Ian Smith has been chosen to succeed Graeme Liebelt as managing director and CEO, starting February 27, 2012. Graeme Liebelt will retire from the company on March 31, 2012. Ian Smith was CEO of Newcrest Mining Ltd.
