Nufarm to close manufacturing plant in New Zealand

Agricultural chemical firm Nufarm (Melbourne) announced on 15 April that, following a previously announced review of its manufacturing operations in New Zealand, the company has decided to permanently close its facility at Otahuhu, near Auckland, and further consolidate regional manufacturing activity at Nufarm’s main manufacturing facility at Laverton, Victoria State, Australia.
