Nufarm expects higher Ebit

Agrochemical firm Nufarm (Melbourne) says that it expects Ebit for the first six months of the fiscal year ending 31 January 2014, to be in the range of A$50 million-A$60 million ($43.8 million-$52.6 million), which is up from A$47.3 million Ebit in the first six months of the previous fiscal year. Nufarm will announce its financial results for the six-month period ending 31 January on 26 March. The management also remains confident that, despite the challenging conditions in Australia, the company will generate earnings growth over the full year ending 31 July...
