Nufarm acquires sorghum hybrid assets of HSR Seeds in Australia

Agrochemical firm Nufarm (Melbourne) says that its wholly owned seed and traits subsidiary, Nuseed, has acquired HSR Seeds’ (Wondai, Australia) sorghum assets in Australia. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. The agreement includes all HSR’s commercial grain and forage sorghum hybrids, research breeding program, and germplasm pipeline.
