Nufarm Chairman Steps Down

Agchem firm Nufarm (Melbourne) says that the company chairman Kerry Hoggard has informed the board of directors that he is unable to continue in his role due to health considerations and is retiring from the board with immediate effect. The board will meet later today to decide a new chairman and an announcement will be made tomorrow, Nufarm says.
