Nufarm Acquires Oilseed and Sunflower Business of Flower Genetics

Agchem firm Nufarm (Melbourne) says its wholly owned subsidiary Nuseed Americas has acquired the oilseed and confection sunflower business of Flower Genetics (Woodland, CA). Flower Genetics is involved in the breeding, production and marketing of elite sunflower hybrids. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
