New Zealand Firm Acquires Bayer MaterialScience’s Viverso Unit for €75 Million

Polymer resins manufacturer Nuplex Industries (Auckland, New Zealand) says it has signed an agreement to acquire the Viverso (Bitterfeld, Germany) subsidiary of Bayer MaterialScience for €75 million ($106 million). Viverso manufactures resins used in coatings and putties from its facility at Bitterfeld.
