LanzaTech Buys Ethanol Plant in U.S.

Clean energy technology company LanzaTech (Auckland, New Zealand) tells CW it has bought an ethanol plant at Soperton, GA, for $5.1 million. LanzaTech was the highest bidder for the former Range Fuels Inc. gasification facility at a foreclosure auction on January 3.
