Jacobs awarded contract for Bayer CropScience plant in Australia

Jacobs Engineering says that it has been awarded a contract by Bayer CropScience Australia (Melbourne) to perform early-stage engineering for an expansion project at the company’s formulation plant at Kwinana, in the state of Western Australia. The value of the contract has not been disclosed. The project is expected to significantly increase Bayer’s production capability at Kwinana and improve its ability to service the Western Australian agricultural sector.
