(IOC; New Delhi) says it has signed a memorandum of understanding with clean energy technology company LanzaTech (Auckland, New Zealand) for collaboration in a technology demonstration that will enable IOC to produce fuel grade ethanol. As part of the collaboration, IOC will evaluate LanzaTech’s gas fermentation technology in one of its refineries to produce fuel grade ethanol.
