BHP Revises PotashCorp Offer Documents; No Revision in Offer Price

BHP Billiton (Melbourne) says it has filed an amendment to the tender offer statement in connection with the offer to acquire Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan (PotashCorp), at a price of $130/share. The amendment revises the offer to reflect the receipt of certain exemptive relief from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and to reflect certain other comments to such documents received from the staff of the SEC, BHP says.
