RPM Acquires Australian Auto Coatings Firm

RPM has acquired HiChem Paint Technologies (Hallam, Australia), an automotive aftermarket coatings maker. The company also makes coatings for industrial and home maintenance applications. Terms of the deal, including purchase price, were not disclosed.   HiChem has annual sales of about $23 million, RPM says.
