Vopak to Sell 30% Stake in Vopak Terminal Durban to Reatile Chemicals

Vopak says it will sell a 30% noncontrolling interest in its wholly owned unit Vopak Terminal Durban (Durban, South Africa) to Reatile Chemicals (Johannesburg). Reatile Chemicals is part of the Reatile Group (Johannesburg), a company with three main industrial focus areas: mining services, energy, and petrochemicals.
