Sasol Rejects South African Allegations of Overpricing

South Africa's Competition Commission has ruled that Sasol has abused its dominant market position to overcharge local buyers of propylene and polypropylene (PP) and has referred complaints of collusion and excessive pricing on these products between Sasol Chemical Industries (SCI) and Safripol to the country's Competition Tribunal for adjudication.
