Distributor IMCD Acquires in South Africa

Chemical distributor IMCD Group (Rotterdam) has acquired Ethnichem (Johannesburg). Financial terms were not disclosed. Ethnichem is an important local player in the personal care and pharmaceutical industries, IMCD says.
