African Potash signs agreement to acquire potash asset in the Republic of the Congo

African Potash (London), a company listed on London's AIM exchange, has reentered into an agreement to acquire an indirect 70% interest in Société des Potasses et des Mines (SPM; Brazzaville, Republic of the Congo), held by Patagonia Capital (Port Louis, Mauritius), African Potash announced today.   SPM holds the exclusive right to carry out mining research activities for potash salts over the Lake Dinga project in the Republic of the Congo.
