AECI's First Half Earnings Will More Than Double

AECI (Johannesburg) says earnings for the first half of 2010 will more than double as demand for its products continues to grow. The South African explosives and chemicals group says earnings per share for the six months to June 30th, 2010 will be between 115% to 135% higher than those achieved for the first half of 2009.
