AECI to Acquire GE Water Chemicals Business in Africa

AECI, South Africa’s explosives and specialty chemicals company, says it has entered into an agreement with General Electric (GE) to acquire its chemical and monitoring solutions business in Africa, for $20 million, effective July 1, 2012.
