(EHC; Cairo) for a pre-front-end engineering design study of two polyethylene (PE) plants that would form part of a major manufacturing complex at Ain Sokhna near Suez, Egypt. The plants would make high-density PE and linear low-density PE. Each would have a capacity of 450,000 m.t./year. The complex would be based on a naphtha cracker with capacity for 900,000 m.t./year of ethylene and include plants making ammonia, ammonium nitrate, and methanol.
