Total-Sonatrach Petchem JV Delayed by Two Years

Completion of a previously announced $3-billion petrochemical joint venture between Total Petrochemicals and Sonatrach (Algiers) has been delayed by two years until 2014, CW has learned (CW, July 25, 2007, p. 17).
