OCP and Jacobs Form Engineering Joint Venture

Office Cherifien des Phosphates (OCP; Casablanca), the global leader in phosphate rock and derivatives market, and Jacobs Engineering have formed an equally owned joint venture, Jacobs Engineering SA (JESA). JESA will provide engineering, project management and construction management services to support OCP in implementing its expansion plans.
