Total and Sonatrach Reopen Arzew Petchem Talks; QP Likely Partner

Total and Algeria’s state-owned energy major Sonatrach (Algiers) have restarted discussions to relaunch their previously announced petchems project at Arzew, Algeria, sources tell CW.
