Tata Chemicals has told the Bombay Stock Exchange that its Gabon Fertilizer Co. (GFC) joint venture has signed a “pre-construction services agreement” with Technip for a previously announced grassroots nitrogen fertilizer complex at Port Gentil, Gabon. GFC is a jv in which Tata Chemicals has 25.1%, Olam International (Singapore) 62.9%, and the government of Gabon 12%.
