(GFC) has signed a “pre-construction services agreement” with Technip for a previously announced grassroots nitrogen fertilizer complex in Gabon. GFC is a joint venture in which Tata Chemicals has 25.1%, Singapore-based Olam International 62.9% and the government of Gabon 12%.
