Tata Chemicals and Partners Select Technip as EPC Contractor for Gabon Fertilizer Project

Tata Chemicals has notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that its joint venture Gabon Fertilizer Co. (GFC) has signed a “pre-construction services agreement” with Technip for a previously announced grassroots nitrogen fertilizer complex in Gabon. GFC is a joint venture in which Tata Chemicals has 25.1%, Singapore-based Olam International 62.9% and the government of Gabon 12%.
