Phosphoric acid JV plant in Tunisia starts production

Fertilizer manufacturer Coromandel International (Secunderabad, India) says that Tunisian Indian Fertilisers (Tifert)—a joint venture among Coromandel; Gujarat State Fertilisers and Chemicals (GSFC; Vadodara, India); and Tunisian government–owned entities Groupe Chimique Tunisien (GCT; Tunis), and Compagnie des Phosphates de Gafsa (CPG; Cité Bayech, Tunisia)—opened a previously announced new phosphoric acid plant on 12 July at La Skhira, Tunisia.
