Moroccan Share Deal

Phosphates producer Office Chérifien des Phosphates (OCP; Casablanca) and banking company Banque Centrale Populaire (BCP; Casablanca) have agreed to buy stakes in each other. BCP will pay MD5 billion ($604 million) for a 5.9% stake in OCP, and OCP will pay MD1 billion ($121 million) for 6.6% of BCP.
