Maire Tecnimont awarded hydrocracker contract in Cameroon

Maire Tecnimont announced today that it has won a major contract from the Ministry of the Public Contracts of Cameroon to build a hydrocracker in Cameroon. Maire Tecnimont’s subsidiaries will cover work accounting for 86% of the overall value of the contract of $715 million, and the Turkish company Ustay will carry out the rest of the work. The client is Societè Nationale de Raffinage (Sonara), which operates the only refinery in the country.
