(JPMC; Amman) and Indian Farmers Fertilizers Co. (IFFCO; Mumbai) have signed an agreement to establish a joint venture to build a plant with capacity to produce 1,500 m.t./day of phosphoric acid, expressed in P2O5 nutrient, at Eshidiya, Jordan. IFFCO will hold 52% in the jv, and JPMC will have the rest. JPMC will supply raw materials to the plant, and IFFCO will offtake the plant’s entire...
