Polymers Prices Fall on Both Sides of the Atlantic

Buyers ruled polymer markets over the first half of June with both spot and contract prices lower almost across the board, sometimes sharply so. The biggest declines were reported in European spot prices for high-density polyethylene (HDPE) down $200/m.t. and polypropylene, down $240/m.t. for homo-injection grade and $340/m.t. for copolymer material.
